At a YC-backed tech startup, Erica spearheaded company-wide strategic initiatives, including a large-scale transformation that unlocked IDR 6.2 billion in cost savings and profitability projects generating IDR 10 billion in monthly profit. She also played a key role in business expansion efforts, helping the company achieve IDR 500+ billion in revenue.

Erica was also a consultant at Deloitte and PwC, where she advised top-tier clients on market entry, financial strategy, and operational excellence. She led a go-to-market strategy for a national FMCG player, enabling them to double their market share, and guided an Indonesian fintech in developing a corporate strategy to achieve positive EBITDA.
