Expertise
"Stephanie Augustine is a strategy consultant with a strong focus on sustainability and social impact. She is currently pursuing a Master of Environment with a specialization in Sustainable Business Practices at the University of Melbourne, fully funded by the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). With a background in economics and hands-on experience in consulting, she brings analytical rigor and cross-sector insight to projects that drive responsible growth and environmental resilience.
Her consulting experience centers on enabling responsible growth and environmental resilience. At a top-tier consulting firm, she contributed to a CO₂ utilization strategy, evaluating carbon capture technologies and market potential across industries, and supported a governance transformation for a post-divestment mining company—emphasizing long-term sustainability and stakeholder alignment. She also supported research on women empowerment policies, digital identity systems, and education reform impact evaluation in Indonesia.
Stephanie’s foundation in consulting is reinforced by academic excellence and active global engagement. As the Most Outstanding Student of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM (2020), she represented Indonesia at events such as the ASEAN Data Science Competition, Hult Prize Kuala Lumpur, and the Nurturing Young Talent Project in Vietnam, where she explored development and innovation challenges.
Deeply committed to youth empowerment, she co-founded Level Up Indonesia project during her last year of undergraduate degree, a platform democratizing access to competitions and strategic knowledge for university students. Stephanie continues to pursue purpose-driven work at the intersection of climate, business transformation, and inclusive development."
